Princess Brown Girl Cancellation, Refunds & Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Princess Brown Girl purchase. If you have any issues, please reach out to us at princessbrowngirl@gmail.com. Here’s our policy on cancellations, refunds, and returns:

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Process: Please email us at princessbrowngirl@gmail.com to request a return authorization and receive a prepaid return label.
  • Return Shipping: A standard shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit as an e-gift card. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used items
  • Apparel without original packaging
  • Sale items (all sales are final)

Damaged or Defective Items

Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Please keep track of your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
